- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counselors, admissions officers, and visa executives.n
- Set performance KPIs and monitor team productivity.n
- Conduct regular training and development sessions.n
- Build a high-performance culture focused on conversions and student satisfaction.n

nStudent Recruitment & Admissions

- Oversee the complete student lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.n
- Guide teams on university selection, applications, scholarships, and admissions.n
- Ensure excellent counseling standards and customer experience.n
- Manage high-value and complex student cases.n

nUniversity & Partner Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with UK and Australian universities.n
- Negotiate partnership agreements and recruitment opportunities.n
- Coordinate with university representatives for recruitment campaigns, events, and training.n
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.n

nVisa & Compliance Management

- Ensure high visa approval and conversion rates.n
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and compliance requirements.n
- Guide teams on documentation, SOPs, financials, and interview preparation.n
