Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions. Conduct project presentations,



site visits, and customer meetings to showcase project features and investment potential. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads to maximize conversions. Coordinate with channel partners and broker networks to generate and convert business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, bookings, and follow-up activities in the prescribed formats and systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, booking documentation, and transaction processing. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and activity updates.
