We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (0–1 year experience) to support financial reporting and finance operations for Indian manufacturing businesses. The role will involve working closely with client finance teams and Sathvar’s delivery team to ensure accurate, timely and decision-ready financial information.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements. Prepare management reporting packs and financial summaries. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, working capital and key financial movements. Prepare account schedules,



reconciliations and supporting documentation. Identify unusual variances and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.

Manufacturing Understand manufacturing accounting and cost structures. Analyse raw material, work-in-progress and finished goods movements. Review inventory valuation and related accounting adjustments. Analyse manufacturing costs, production variances and gross margins. Support fixed asset accounting, depreciation and capital expenditure reporting. Review inventory, receivables, payables and other working-capital balances.

MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports and KPIs. Support weekly/monthly business performance reporting as per the client's review policy. Prepare variance analysis against budget, previous periods and business expectations. Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
