Overall Responsibilities Operating Systems (Desktop ): Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Linux distributions, and macOS. Networking: Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Cloud & Administration : Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based infrastructure management. Azure Active Directory & Microsoft Entra: Experience with user and group provisioning, role assignments,



and access management. Knowledge of Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration, and identity protection. Cloud Storage & Security: Exposure to cloud storage platforms, backup solutions, and basic security configurations. Understanding of best practices for data protection and access control. Skills and Tools Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, macOS environments. Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN configuration, and network troubleshooting. Experience with Office 365, Azure Cloud Services. Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
