We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive solar sales, manage customer relationships, generate business opportunities and achieve monthly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities in the solar sector. Generate leads through calls, references, field visits and other channels. Handle residential, commercial and industrial solar customers. Understand customer electricity requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. Explain On-Grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid Solar Systems to customers.



Conduct customer meetings and solar project presentations. Follow up with qualified leads and convert them into customers. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team. Negotiate with customers and close solar projects. Maintain the complete sales pipeline in CRM/ERP. Build relationships with customers, builders, businesses and institutions. Manage sales follow-ups and ensure timely closure. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with installation, finance and support teams after order confirmation. Develop and manage a strong solar sales pipeline.
