Key Responsibilities Packaging Development & Technical Excellence Lead packaging development from concept through prototyping, validation, scale-up, and commercialization. Develop robust packaging specifications covering materials, dimensions, performance, functionality, quality, and manufacturing requirements. Apply Quality by Design (QbD) principles to identify critical requirements, risks, and controls early in development. Drive packaging performance testing, trials, validation, and technical problem solving. Consumer-Centric & Design-Led Innovation Translate consumer needs, insights, trends, and behaviors into creative packaging solutions. Partner with Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D;, and Design teams to develop differentiated packaging concepts. Apply design-led approaches to improve usability,



convenience, aesthetics, functionality, and overall consumer experience. Leverage consumer research and testing to validate packaging concepts and optimize solutions. Digital & E-Commerce Validation Integrate digital-first validation into packaging development to accelerate learning and decision-making. Conduct e-commerce simulation to evaluate packaging visibility, communication, differentiation, protection, and consumer experience in digital channels. Leverage digital prototyping, virtual testing, and other emerging tools to reduce development timelines and physical iterations. Quality, Regulatory & Compliance Ensure packaging solutions meet applicable regulatory, safety, quality, and compliance requirements. Establish appropriate technical testing and validation protocols.
