● Focused in revenue generation through Leasing & Sales of Commercial & Retail.● Managing leasing transactions from sourcing, inspections, proposals, negotiation, documentation, transaction and registration.● Have a positive connect and coordination internally with all departments from architectural, MEP, legal etc to ensure smooth transactions.● Regular interactions with IPC’s, Channel Partners and other brokers across all regions.● Nurturing healthy relationship with clients and channel partners.● Managing the lease registration along with the legal team and government authorities.● Managing the investors of all commercial projects across all projects.● Conducting client inspections, execution & closure of deals, and manages end-to-end documentation pertaining to the transaction.● Managing leasing & RFPs for the upcoming commercial projects
