Experience 8–15+ years of overall experience, with robust experience in Project or Program Management.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and manage cross-functional projects for global Pharma, Medical Device, and Life Sciences organizations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project/program delivery, including planning, execution, team management, stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning, governance, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget. Experience working in a regulated Pharma, Med Tech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences environment is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory and quality processes will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Project / Program Management
• Lead projects/programs from initiation through successful completion.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules,



and delivery roadmaps.
• Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Team Management
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Coordinate resources across business, technology, engineering, quality, operations, and other functions.
• Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across team members.
• Monitor team performance, workload, and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and project discussions.
• Support team development, collaboration, and issue resolution.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
