Vedic Voyages is a growing travel company specialising in customised domestic and international holiday packages. We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our Recent Delhi sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, selling travel experiences, preparing holiday quotations, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound travel enquiries through phone calls, Whats App, email, website, social media, and referrals. Understand customers’ travel dates, destination preferences, budget, number of travellers, hotel requirements, and holiday expectations. Prepare and share customised domestic and international holiday packages and quotations.



Follow up regularly with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Explain holiday package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation policies, and travel requirements clearly. Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat bookings and referrals. Meet weekly and monthly sales, booking, revenue, and conversion targets. Update all customer interactions, quotations, follow-up dates, and booking status in the CRM or company tracker. Coordinate with the operations team and suppliers to ensure correct package information and smooth handover after confirmation. Handle customer questions, objections, changes, and concerns professionally. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales, holiday packages, hospitality sales, hotel reservations, visa sales, insurance, real estate sales, or B2 C tele-sales is preferred.
