Key Responsibilities
Research and Development
Promote a research-oriented environment by encouraging faculty and students to undertake research projects.
Collaborate with industry, government agencies, and academic institutions for research projects and joint initiatives.
Guide students and faculty in publishing research papers, patents, and securing research grants.
Participate in and organize research conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic events.
Contribute to the development of research activities and institutional research initiatives.
Accreditation & Compliance (NBA/NAAC)
Support the preparation and submission of accreditation, ranking,



and compliance reports.
Assist in maintaining quality assurance standards as per NBA/NAAC guidelines.
Support documentation, self-assessment reports, and institutional audits.
Participate in training programs and workshops related to accreditation and quality assurance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the academic department.
Academic Administration
Contribute to curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement in line with AICTE guidelines and industry trends.
Ensure effective delivery of assigned courses and academic activities.
Mentor students and support faculty initiatives to improve learning outcomes.
Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and technology-driven learning approaches.
Organize and participate in workshops, guest lectures, seminars, and faculty development programs.
Foster a culture of academic excellence and continuous learning.
