Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The First Class Mines Manager will be responsible for planning,



coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day operations of a mining site to ensure the extraction process is conducted safely, efficiently, and within budget. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of mining laws, geology, and safety protocols, and a strong ability to lead and manage a team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire mining operation, including planning, production, and maintenance. Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Ensure that mining activities are conducted in accordance with the mine plan and statutory requirements. Monitor and analyze production data to ensure targets are met. Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and statutory requirements. Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety drills and audits. Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on the site,
