Role Summary

The role will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, compliant, disciplined, and employee-friendly workplace while managing internal teams, vendors, infrastructure, employee transportation, security, budgets, and workplace services.
We are looking for someone who views Administration and Facilities as an operational function, not simply a support function , and who is comfortable being highly visible and hands-on in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.
Key Responsibilities

Lead overall administration and facility operations , ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Manage and mentor the Administration and Facilities team , including manpower planning, performance management, accountability, and service delivery. Manage key workplace services including employee transportation, security, housekeeping, cafeteria, maintenance, reception, office infrastructure, and general workplace services .



Own vendor management , including vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, AMC/SLA management, performance reviews, invoice validation, and issue resolution. Ensure effective management of electrical systems, HVAC, DG/UPS, fire and life safety, access control, CCTV, and other critical facility systems . Oversee employee transportation operations , including route management, safety, vendor performance, service reliability, and cost optimization. Manage physical security, access control, incident response, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety . Drive cost optimization, budgeting, procurement, and expense control across administration and facility operations. Ensure compliance with statutory, workplace, safety, security, and regulatory requirements .
