You'll build the training from scratch, run it live, and assess whether someone is genuinely ready for client deployment. About the Role: This role goes beyond creating training decks. You will be responsible for building end-to-end learning programs, delivering live training, assessing trainee readiness,



and continuously improving the training ecosystem based on operational and client requirements. Training & Curriculum Development Build structured training programs for VAs from beginner to advanced levels. Design onboarding bootcamps, certification programs, skill-development tracks, and role-readiness programs. Create SOPs, playbooks, assignments, assessments, role-plays, simulations, and evaluation frameworks. Develop AI-focused modules covering productivity, automation, research, and operational efficiency.
