We’re Hiring | Enterprise Sales Manager – South India Company: Zing HR | AI-Powered HCM Platform Location: South India — Chennai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad preferred Experience: 7–10 Years About the Role Zing HR is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth across South India by acquiring large enterprise clients and building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Drive new enterprise customer acquisition across South India. Manage complex, consultative B2 B sales cycles from prospecting to closure. Engage with CHROs, CXOs, HR Heads, and senior business stakeholders. Identify business challenges and position Zing HR’s AI-powered HCM solutions. Lead enterprise negotiations, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and commercial discussions. Build solid relationships with large organizations and strategic accounts. Achieve revenue targets through structured pipeline management and solution-led selling.



What We’re Looking For7–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2 B Saa S, Consultative Sales, or Solution Selling. Experience in HCM, HRMS, HR Tech, or Enterprise Saa S is preferred. Candidates from enterprise consulting, digital transformation, ERP advisory, or technology solutions sales are also encouraged to apply. Proven experience selling to large organizations and engaging CXO-level stakeholders. Robust understanding of complex sales cycles, enterprise negotiations, and new business acquisition. Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills.
