About Greedy Game: Greedy Game powers app and game monetization and growth through two lines of business: Pub Scale, our platform for publishers -a single dashboard spanning ad monetization (Ad X, Immersive Ads, Offerwall), user acquisition (Grow), analytics (Insights), and in-app gaming(Plug); and our own B2 C consumer apps (Incent Apps, House of Apps) that put reward andoffer-based experiences directly in front of millions of users. You'll work at the intersection of ad-tech, real-time data, and consumer-scale traffic. About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to own backend architecture across our platform andconsumer products. This is a role for someone ready to move beyond owning individual services and takeownership of systems, architecture, people, and technical decisions. You'll lead a team of4–10 engineers while remaining deeply hands-on, and work directly with Product andfounders to shape what we build and how we scale it.



What You'll Solve & Own● Build and scale backend systems handling billions of requests and events per day.● Design real-time or near-real-time pipelines for ads, clicks, conversions, offers,rewards, and analytics.● Solve complex problems around scale, performance, reliability and data consistency,across B2 B and B2 C products.● Own architectural decisions across services, databases, caching, queues, andinfrastructure.● Build and evolve backend services using Go and Kubernetes.● Lead a team of 4–10 engineers through technical direction, mentoring, and codereviews while staying hands-on.● Drive engineering quality through code reviews, observability, CI/CD, and productionownership.● Identify and drive meaningful adoption of AI-assisted development practices acrossthe team.
