Role Purpose
Drive client growth, retention and expansion through:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Account Manager enablement
Strategic client communications
Focus on cross-sell, upsell and expansion revenue from existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
ABM – Existing Client Growth
Design ABM campaigns for existing accounts.
Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Build Target Account Lists.
Track pipeline, expansion revenue and account engagement.
Account Manager Enablement
Develop sales plays, talk tracks, objection-handling guides and email sequences.
Conduct training for Account Managers.
Maintain enablement material/library.
Client Communications




Own newsletters and client updates.
Prepare regulatory/compliance and product communications.
Manage segmentation, consent and deliverability.
Track engagement metrics such as open and click-through rates.
Client Engagement & Experience
Support client events, roundtables, advisory boards and NPS programmes.
Develop client advocacy, testimonials and case studies.
Support retention of at-risk accounts and onboarding communications.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Regional Marketing, Product/Solutions Marketing, Marketing Operations, Account Management and Client Success.
Use Hub Spot for campaigns, segmentation, automation and reporting.
Performance & Reporting
Track client conversion, expansion pipeline, newsletter engagement, ABM engagement and enablement adoption.
Monthly reporting and QBR support.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–5 years
B2 B marketing experience with focus on Client/Customer Market
