The ideal candidate will have experience in B2 B sales, client acquisition, and consultative selling of marketing solutions to organizations within Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, Fin Tech, and Payment Services sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across Financial Services and Fin Tech sectors. Generate qualified leads through Linked In, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable marketing solutions. Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposal discussions with decision-makers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business opportunities.



Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Financial Services and Fin Tech ecosystem. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in B2 B business development or sales. Experience selling marketing services, demand generation, lead generation, digital marketing, or related solutions. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
