Role Overview We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team and manage high-valueclients while driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and long-termrelationship management. The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, confident in client communication, andexperienced in managing key accounts with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities ● Manage and develop relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their engagement with Arnifi.● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Arnifi’s services.● Drive account growth, renewals, repeat business,



and revenue expansion.● Understand client requirements and recommend relevant Arnifi solutions.● Conduct regular client follow-ups and account reviews to identify additional businessopportunities.● Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Success teams toensure smooth service delivery.● Handle client concerns, objections, and escalations professionally.● Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM.● Track account performance, sales pipeline, revenue targets, and conversion metrics.● Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiate with clients when required.● Build solid long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.● Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
