Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound and marketing-qualified leads into revenue opportunities
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business challenges, processes, and requirements
Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
Engage with business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Leadership teams
Build business cases and clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of Kennect's Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management platform
Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle from qualification to closure
Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations
Handle commercial discussions, proposal presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Ideal Candidate




Strong Enterprise Account Executive Profile with B2 B Saa S product sales and full-cycle closing experience
Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on B2 B Saa S product sales covering the full cycle: lead qualification, discovery, product demos, stakeholder management, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience managing and converting inbound and marketing-qualified leads into revenue.
Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience running discovery calls, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and building business cases articulating ROI and value proposition.
Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience selling to CXOs, Business Heads, Sales Leaders, HR Leaders, and Finance stakeholders across multi-stakeholder deals.
Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have a strong understanding of product-led and value-based / consultative selling, with robust commercial acumen.
