Sales, Business Development & Key Account Management – Automotive Electronics Location: Pune Experience: 5 - 10 Years Industry: Automotive Electronics / Tier-1 / Embedded Systems Accolade Electronics is looking for a dynamic and commercially strong professional to join our Sales, Business Development & Key Account Management team. The role will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, business growth, key account management, and end-to-end commercial ownership across automotive OEM and Tier-1 customers. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers Manage and grow existing strategic accounts Drive opportunities from lead / RFQ stage through quotation, negotiation, nomination and PO Ensure fast and structured RFQ response in coordination with Engineering, SCM, Program, Quality and Finance Prepare and manage techno-commercial proposals and business cases Lead commercial negotiations for piece price, NRE, tooling,



development and other commercial elements Manage RM price escalation / de-escalation and Forex impact settlements Drive payment follow-up, receivable recovery and closure of outstanding commercial claims Manage PO amendments, supplementary invoices, price differences and commercial reconciliations Identify upcoming customer programs, technology requirements and cross-selling opportunities Maintain customer-wise sales pipeline, forecasts and business development MIS Build solid relationships with customer Engineering, Purchase, Program, Finance and Management teams Candidate Profile 5–10 years of relevant experience in automotive Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management Strong customer-facing experience with automotive OEMs / Tier-1s Good understanding of automotive RFQ and techno-commercial processes Hands-on experience in pricing, negotiation, RM settlements, Forex recovery and receivables Proven ability to develop new customers and convert opportunities into business Strong commun
