Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate – Inside Sales to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves engaging with potential buyers, sellers, and channel partners through inbound and outbound calls, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, and generating business opportunities for the field sales team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and channel partners (CPs)



to generate and develop business opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries and respond to customer queries regarding property requirements.
Qualify leads by understanding customer preferences, budgets, locations, and purchase or selling intent.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales funnel.
Schedule site visits, meetings, and appointments for the field sales team.
Share relevant property information and communicate key details to prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with field sales and other internal teams to ensure timely lead handovers and effective customer engagement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead qualification, and site-visit targets.
