About the Role
We are seeking a talented Revenue Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in dynamic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of U. S.-based properties. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like Key Data, Price Labs , and other dynamic pricing platforms. Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to optimize Rev PAR, ADR, occupancy , and overall revenue. Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform pricing and revenue decisions. Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis. Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potential.



Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and cross-functional teams to enhance property performance and alignment. Present clear, data-backed recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders. Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy. Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic projects as needed.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analytics, Pricing, or Data Analytics. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Experience with Key Data, Price Labs , or equivalent dynamic pricing tools is preferred. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and analysis. Solid analytical
