Job Description – Manager / Senior Manager – B2 B Sales Company: Westway Electronics Ltd. Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Department: B2 B Sales Reporting To: Managing Director / Head – Sales Experience: 5–10 Years Travel: 10–15 days/month, Pan-India About the Role We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – B2 B Sales with strong experience in B2 B Sales, OEM/ODM and consumer electronics/appliance manufacturing, particularly LED TV, Washing Machine, Air Cooler or similar large home appliances. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2 B/ODM/OEM business, developing new customers and managing key accounts. Key Responsibilities Identify and close OEM/ODM B2 B business with Indian and international brands, private labels and importers. Develop and manage sales pipeline, order-book targets and sales forecasts. Handle commercial negotiations including BOM-based pricing, MOQ, payment terms, LD and warranty terms. Coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing and Costing teams to develop feasible and profitable quotations. Manage key accounts from NPI/sample approval to PO,



production, dispatch and after-sales coordination. Track competitor pricing, ODM activities, component/panel price movements and market trends. Develop institutional and government/tender business wherever applicable. Maintain CRM, pricing approvals, collections and DSO. Must-Have Experience & Skills B2 B Sales experience is MANDATORY.5–10 years of B2 B / OEM / ODM / Institutional Sales experience specifically in: LED TVWashing Machines Air Coolers Consumer Electronics / Large Home Appliances Robust experience in business development and key account management. Existing relationships with brand owners, buying houses, LFR/e-commerce category teams or large distributors. Good understanding of BOM, costing, landed cost and product specifications.
