Role Description The Area Sales Manager at Namma Office is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for co-working solutions. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting site visits, presenting workspace options,



and negotiating contracts to close deals. The Area Sales Manager will manage relationships with existing members, gather feedback, and work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure high occupancy and member satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, participating in local business networking events, and continuously monitoring market trends and competitor offerings. The role requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on delivering a positive experience to prospective and current members.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within co-working, real estate, hospitality, or related service industries.
