Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) Company: Info Way Solution Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office Experience: 5+ Shift: US Shift / Night Shift Job Summary Info Way Solution is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) to drive recent business growth and develop long-term relationships with US and international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, IT services, IT staffing, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development . The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, conducting client outreach, managing sales pipelines, and converting opportunities into business. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market and other international markets. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, web research, referrals, and other channels .



Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct client outreach, discovery calls, presentations, and business discussions. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT services / staffing solutions . Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client acquisition and closure . Prepare proposals, presentations, capability statements, and pricing documents. Negotiate commercial terms and work toward successful deal closure. Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular status updates. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and lead-generation targets . Research target companies, decision-makers, industry trends, and competitors. Develop strategic relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
