Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Professor – Finance to contribute to our academic initiatives through teaching, research, student mentoring, and academic coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, relevant industry exposure, and a passion for developing future banking and management professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Development
- Promote a research-oriented setting by encouraging faculty and students to undertake research projects.
- Collaborate with industry, government agencies, and academic institutions for research projects and joint initiatives.
- Guide students and faculty in publishing research papers, patents, and securing research grants.
- Participate in and organize research conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic events.
- Contribute to the development of research activities and institutional research initiatives.

Accreditation & Compliance (NBA/NAAC)
- Support the preparation and submission of accreditation,



ranking, and compliance reports.
- Assist in maintaining quality assurance standards as per NBA/NAAC guidelines.
- Support documentation, self-assessment reports, and institutional audits.
- Participate in training programs and workshops related to accreditation and quality assurance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the academic department.

Academic Administration
- Contribute to curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement in line with AICTE guidelines and industry trends.
- Ensure effective delivery of assigned courses and academic activities.
- Mentor students and support faculty initiatives to improve learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and technology-driven learning approaches.
- Organize and participate in workshops, guest lectures, seminars, and faculty development programs.
