Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead with 9+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud expertise and 4+ years in a Technical Lead role. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, experience leading development teams, designing scalable solutions, and working with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade Service Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams and mentor developers.





Design scalable Salesforce architecture and data models based on business requirements.

Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce components.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Support CI/CD deployments and release management using Salesforce DevOps tools.

Ensure platform performance, security, and maintainability across environments

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.

Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce App Development.

Experience with Salesforce Platform Architecture and Data Model Design.

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrati
