We are looking for an experienced and proactive After-Sales Technical Manager to lead technical support and service activities in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the after-sales technical team in India, including technical support, troubleshooting, field service, and customer issue resolution.

2. Provide technical support for Growatt products, including product diagnosis, system troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, replacement, and system upgrades.

3. Handle and coordinate complex technical issues and escalations, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution of customer and distributor complaints.

4. Provide technical training and guidance to distributors, installers, service partners, and internal team members on product installation, commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting.

5. Monitor product quality issues in the Indian market, collect and analyze field feedback, and work closely with HQ R&D;, Product, Quality, and other relevant teams to drive issue resolution and product improvement.

Establish and maintain effective after-sales service processes and technical standards, ensuring consistent service quality and response times across the Indian market.

7. Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation, troubleshooting guidelines, FAQs, service reports, and other technical materials.

8. Regularly visit key customers, distributors, installers, and project sites when required, providing in office technical support and service.

9. Track and report team performance, major technical cases, product issues, and service activities to management, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical service, after-sales service, technical support, or a related role, preferably in the PV, inverter, energy storage, or electrical industry.
