About the role

The Workplace Experience Manager (W-I) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across our global capability and support facilities in Bangalore, championing an exceptional, customer-first workplace environment for all Woolworths Group brands and team members.

In this role, you will lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing on-site Workplace Experience and Front of House team, as well as manage integrated vendor partnerships. You will bridge physical workplace operations, hospitality, and up-to-date hybrid ways of working—curating an environment that drives collaboration, culture, and operational resilience. Serving as the primary operational anchor and senior escalation point on site,



you will oversee end-to-end service delivery, soft facilities management, space utilization, and workplace engagement programs, ensuring seamless alignment between Bangalore operations and global enterprise standards.

Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of workplace professionals, ensuring their behaviors and KPIs align with our customer-centric service goals.
- Embody strong leadership, actively coaching and developing leadership capabilities within your team.
- Take accountability for team growth and development, ensuring the right talent is recruited and nurtured. This includes establishing development plans and providing ongoing day-to-day management to achieve our workplace strategy.
- Focus on building a strong, diverse talent pipeline and fostering an inclusive team environment.
- Engage in ongoing feedback sessions with your Line Manager and tea
