This role is based in Andheri, Mumbai and requires regular travel to Jamnagar, Gujarat to oversee operations, support business teams, and ensure smooth execution across locations. this is a great opportunity to make a real impact. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Warehouse, Purchase, and Customer Connect teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure customer orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered on time. Monitor inventory levels and maintain the right stock to meet business needs. Improve warehouse efficiency and optimise inventory movement. Develop plans to reduce slow-moving and excess inventory. Manage domestic and import procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing. Build solid relationships with suppliers and negotiate better pricing and service terms. Oversee logistics operations and identify opportunities to reduce transportation and warehouse costs. Prepare and review MIS reports related to sales, inventory, procurement, logistics, and operational performance. Use data and business trends to improve planning and decision-making.
