5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with

Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors & Government Departments .
Identify and develop

Government, Institutional, Commercial & Infrastructure projects .
Drive

product specification

at the design stage and ensure inclusion in

BOQ, tender documents & approved vendor lists .
Conduct technical presentations and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Track projects from

specification → tender → award → execution → order conversion .
Build and maintain a strong

project/specification pipeline .
Monitor government tenders and coordinate with Sales/Project teams for conversion.
Handle technical queries, samples, product documentation and compliance requirements.
Required Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in

Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction Management

or related field.




5–8 years

of experience in

Specification, Project Sales, Consultant Management or Institutional Business Development .
Strong network with

Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors or Government/Institutional stakeholders in Delhi/NCR .
Experience in

Building Materials / Construction Products / Architectural Products / Sanitaryware / Tiles / Flooring / Façade / Lighting / Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing / Hardware

preferred.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi/NCR.
