Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Job Brief

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying recent business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and promoting refrigeration and cooling solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers, including retail chains, supermarkets, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for refrigeration, cold-room, and retail cooling solutions.
- Manage and develop dealer/distributor networks, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Installation, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product developments and provide regular market updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, quotations, orders, and follow-ups using Excel.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in Retail Refrigeration, Cold Room, or related HVAC industry.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, cold-room applications, retail display cab
