are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Recruiting
Manager to lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team and
help TeamViewer identify, attract, and hire outstanding talent. In
this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, Hiring
Managers, HR Business Partners, and the wider Talent Acquisition




organization to understand business priorities and translate them
into effective recruiting and sourcing strategies. You will combine
strong people leadership with deep recruiting expertise, market
insight, and a data-driven approach to support both immediate
hiring requirements and TeamViewer's longer-term talent needs. You
will play an important role in strengthening our recruiting
capabilities, improving the candidate and stakeholder experience,
and ensuring our recruiting organization can successfully operate
and scale in a competitive and rapidly evolving technology talent
market. Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of
recruiters, creating a high-performance, collaborative, and
