About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You'll guide them through their decision-making journey - from understanding their career goals to recommending the right program and supporting them through enrollment.

What You'll Do
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to successful enrollment.
- Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.
- Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.
- Answer customer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
- Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
- Experience selling to US
