understand their business needs and schedule qualified appointments for our business-development team.

This is not a position where you simply read from a script or make random calls to complete a daily target.

You will represent Gracia Marcom during the first interaction with potential clients. Your ability to create curiosity, listen carefully and build trust will directly influence our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in India and international markets.
- Contact leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
- Introduce Gracia Marcom’s services clearly and confidently.
- Understand each prospect’s business, challenges and marketing priorities.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, decision-making authority, budget, interest and timeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the business-development or leadership team.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects without becoming repetitive or pushy.
