About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, dependable, and hands-on professional to work closely with the President across business operations, executive support, and project implementation.



You will manage schedules, routine administrative tasks, follow-ups, documentation, and operational challenges while supporting admissions, HR, finance, sales & marketing, project, operations and technology adoption. The role spans the President ’s various businesses and initiatives and requires someone who can adapt to different teams, sectors, and priorities. This position suits someone who takes ownership, follows through consistently, handles confidential information with discretion, and is willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn.

Responsibilities

President’s Office and Executive Support
- Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, schedules, reminders, and daily priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, track action items, and follow up until completion.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, correspondence, documentation, and record management.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, consult
