We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8-12 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or FinTech organizations to drive digital transformation initiatives across Mobile Banking and Super App platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring successful implementation of digital products, payment solutions, and customer journeys.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, technology partners, vendors, and QA teams to deliver customer-centric and regulatory-compliant digital solutions.

Role & responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Mobile Banking, Digital Banking, and Super App initiatives.
- Partner with business, product, operations, compliance, and technology teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows,



and Gap Analysis documents.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to design and optimize customer journeys, onboarding flows, and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with internal development teams and external vendors to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technology solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support API definition, integration requirements, and system interaction discussions across multiple platforms and channels.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate testing activities, track defects, and ensure successful business sign-off.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and work with stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.
