About the Company:

Our Client is an education business focused on university, degree and online programmes, with campuses and university partnerships across East and North India. The organisation is currently expanding its university network and building scalable admissions, industry partnerships and student-focused programmes.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior Business Head – University Vertical to lead the growth of the university, degree and online programmes business. The role will own the complete P&L;, drive university partnerships, admissions, collections and build scalable acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive expansion of university partnerships and onboard 10 new universities.
- Own the complete P&L;, revenue, collections, EBITDA and cost economics of the university vertical.
- Build and manage relationships with Universities, Vice-Chancellors, Registrars, Directors and Trustees.
- Develop and manage a large network of education consultants,



agents and marketplace partners.
- Build and scale admissions through digital marketing, database, CRM and call-centre-led funnels.
- Lead and develop a team of 50+ employees, including regional/state teams, telecalling and digital marketing functions.
- Work closely with academic delivery and placement teams to ensure smooth programme execution and student outcomes.
- Track and improve CPL, CPA, lead-to-admission conversion, collections and overall channel profitability.
- Prepare monthly business reviews/MIS covering admissions, collections, costs and contribution.
- Travel extensively across university campuses and consultant markets, approximately 12–15 days per month.

Candidate Profile – Must Have:
- 12–18 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a P&L;/Business Head role.
- Robust experience in education, university partnerships, online degree, ODL, degree-in-partnership or university
