· Responsible for ensuring daily health and compliance checks are performed for all Production systems. · Responsible for ensuring database systems are backed up successfully and any issues are promptly resolved. · Responsible for ensuring database jobs are running successfully and any issues are promptly resolved. · Responsible for ensuring database monitoring alerts are detected promptly and satisfactorily resolved. · Responsible for ensuring sufficient capacity is available to accommodate projected BAU growth. · Responsible for ensuring all emails sent to the team distribution list are responded to in a timely manner.
