? About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Leader to drive new business growth, build strategic enterprise relationships, and expand our client portfolio.

This is a hands-on business development leadership role for someone who can identify opportunities, open doors with decisionmakers, build a strong sales pipeline, lead client conversations, and take deals from lead generation to closure and long-term account growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services / staffing / recruitment / technology consulting ecosystem and an established network of enterprise clients and decision-makers.

? Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development activities, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure




- Identify and develop new enterprise accounts across IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment, Software Solutions, and Consulting
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement, Business Heads, and Technology Decision-Makers
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline with clear revenue forecasts
- Generate opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, industry events, partnerships, and strategic prospecting
- Understand client requirements and work closely with Recruitment, Delivery, and Technical teams to develop appropriate solutions
- Lead client presentations, capability discussions, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract closures
- Develop account-growth strategies for existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends
