Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading and driving sales performance in the residential and commercial real estate segments.



This role involves managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end client engagement, from prospecting and consultations to deal closure, ensuring a high-quality, transparent advisory experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with developers, attending site visits, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives. The role also requires maintaining robust relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding MoneyTree Realty’s values and service standards.
