Revenue and Growth Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive, commercially minded critical thinker to own the evolution of Kapiva’s digital store. This role is about understanding what the customer and business need today, what the ideal store should look like, and what needs to change to get there. You will work across Product, Tech, Marketing, Analytics, Creative and Business teams to identify opportunities, prioritise them and drive them to impact.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can connect customer behaviour, business

performance and digital experience — and turn insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Ownership — #1 Priority

● Own the overall quality, effectiveness and evolution of the D2C store experience.

● Ensure the customer journey is seamless, intuitive and commercially effective.

● Stay close to customer behaviour, funnel performance and store experience to identify gaps and friction.

● Proactively identify what is broken, what needs to improve and what the ideal store experience should look like.





● Balance immediate business needs with building a better long-term store experience.

2. Growth Opportunities

● Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve Conversion, AOV, Revenue and LTV.

● Use data, customer behaviour and business context to understand where the biggest opportunities lie and why.

● Develop and evaluate recent ideas, experiments and experience improvements based on potential business impact.

● Ensure initiatives move from insight → prioritisation → execution → measurement → learning.

● Continuously challenge the status quo and look for ways to make the store more effective.

3. Cross-functional Leadership

● Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, Analytics, Creative and Business teams to

turn priorities into outcomes.

● Create clarity on what needs to happen, why it matters and who needs to deliver it.
