Role Summary

Kody Technolab Limited is seeking a highly competent and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the CEO’s operational efficiency, facilitating effective communication, and overseeing the execution of high-impact organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, strategic acumen, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across the organization to align operations with key stakeholders.
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO by identifying challenges, opportunities, and contributing to strategic decisions.
- Facilitate high-level problem-solving through data analysis and actionable recommendations.

2. Administrative Management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization.
- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and refine reports, correspondence, and presentations with precision.




- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

3. Communication and Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop meeting agendas, coordinate follow-ups, and align outcomes with organizational objectives.
- Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable executive summaries.

4. Project Oversight
- Monitor, track, and report on strategic projects, ensuring timelines are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
- Optimize workflows and implement systems to improve operational efficiency.

5. Operational Excellence
- Support the planning and execution of organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee preparation for Board meetings, high-profile events, and emergent priorities.
- Manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently while providing actionable insight
