About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MBA graduate with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as an Inside Sales – Growth Specialist / Revenue Operations Associate. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about sales, business development, customer engagement, revenue growth, and sales operations. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, schedule appointments,



monitor sales activities, analyze performance reports, and support revenue-generation initiatives. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle, sales analytics, revenue operations, customer communication, and marketing support.

1. Lead Generation & Inside Sales
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and businesses.
Identify potential clients through available databases, market research, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
Understand prospect requirements and communicate the company's products and services effectively.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, business potential, decision-making authority, and purchase intent.
Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, and other appropriate communication channels.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by ensuring timely follow-ups
