About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Costing professional with strong expertise in costing, commercial negotiations, vendor management, SCM coordination, cost control, and commercial operations.

The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to Commercial, SCM, Buying & Merchandising (B&M;), Accounts, Engineering Commercial, Procurement, and Vendor Management functions, with proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and optimize overall business costs.

The candidate should be highly skilled in commercial negotiation, analytical costing, vendor evaluation, price benchmarking, contract/commercial terms, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Costing & Cost Control
- Lead end-to-end commercial costing and cost analysis for products, services, projects, and vendor requirements.




- Prepare and validate detailed cost sheets covering material, labour, overheads, logistics, margins, taxes, and other commercial components.
- Conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Review vendor quotations and identify cost gaps, price variations, and commercial discrepancies.
- Develop cost-effective commercial proposals while maintaining quality and business requirements.
- Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

Commercial Negotiation
- Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, contractors, service providers, and business partners.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, credit period, MOQ, lead time, freight, discounts, commercial terms, and other contractual conditions.
