Statiq was born with the idea of making sustainable transportation a reality in developing countries. It is a new-age start-up, leading the EV movement in India, by setting up chargers across the country. Statiq was named as one of the top 3 most promising start-ups by NASSCOM in the year 2020, it was the same year we got selected for Y Combinator, a Silicon Valley based accelerator program.
About the Role:
We are looking for a customer-focused and relationship-driven qualified to manage and strengthen relationships with Statiq’s key clients, OEM partners, and enterprise accounts. This role will serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of queries and escalations while maintaining a consistently high standard of customer experience. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Service/Field Engineering, and other internal teams to fulfil customer commitments, monitor account health, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, retention, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should combine strong relationship management skills with structured problem-solving, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective
- resolution of customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, OEM partners, and
- enterprise accounts.
- Understand customer requirements, priorities, and challenges and ensure appropriate follow-
- through across internal teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service/Field Engineering, and other relevant teams to
- resolve escalations and fulfil customer commitments.
- Own customer escalations end-to-end, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and
- satisfactory closure.
- Conduct periodic check-ins and account reviews to gather feedback, understand
