We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Teleconsultation Coordinator to manage and coordinate online dermatology consultations between clients and dermatologists. The role involves ensuring a smooth consultation journey for clients — from scheduling appointments to coordinating with dermatologists and following up after consultations.

The ideal candidate should be organized, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to manage multiple appointments while delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate online dermatology consultations between clients and dermatologists.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm consultation appointments based on client and dermatologist availability.
- Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, chat, or other communication channels regarding appointments and consultation-related queries.
- Coordinate with dermatologists to ensure consultations happen on time and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Send timely reminders and relevant consultation details to clients.




- Monitor scheduled consultations and proactively follow up in case of delays, cancellations, or no-shows.
- Assist clients with basic queries related to the consultation process and guide them through the online consultation journey.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, and consultation status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to subsequent services or follow-ups.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate medical or clinical queries to the appropriate dermatology team.
- Contribute to improving the overall client experience and teleconsultation process.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, teleconsultation, appointment scheduling, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
