Job Description
- Define and execute the strategic vision, growth agenda, and market positioning for the company's Operations Consulting service line.
- Lead the service line's research, advisory, and commercial priorities, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and growth objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders on topics related to manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, logistics, and related business services and technologies.
- Develop and maintain senior relationships with enterprises, service providers, technology vendors, and investors, driving long-term client value and business growth.




- Represent the company externally as a recognized thought leader through research, executive briefings, conferences, media engagements, and industry events.
- Drive membership growth, advisory revenue, and strategic business development initiatives in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities, translating insights into differentiated research, intellectual property, and client solutions.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Partner with leaders across the company to develop integrated market perspectives and cross-service-line opportunities that enhance client impact.
- Contribute to the firm's overall strategic direction as a senior leader, helping shape the company's growth, culture, and market reputation.
