Alligator Solar is looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing solar business.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, understanding their electricity consumption and energy requirements, and recommending customized solar solutions that help customers reduce energy costs and move towards sustainable power.

The ideal candidate should be confident in customer interactions, comfortable with field sales, and motivated to achieve business and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Generate and develop current sales opportunities for solar EPC solutions.
- Manage leads throughout the sales cycle and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer electricity bills, consumption patterns, energy costs, and project requirements.
- Identify suitable rooftop and other solar opportunities for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, feasibility assessments, system sizing,



and solution design.
- Present solar proposals explaining system benefits, expected energy generation, savings, ROI, and payback period.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, commercial discussions, and objections effectively.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure timely sales closures.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer details, and follow-up records in CRM or relevant systems.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for smooth handover after order confirmation.
- Build strong long-term customer relationships and generate referral and repeat business opportunities.
- Travel regularly for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
