Nemetschek India is looking for a robust Technical Sales Specialist / Senior Solution Consultant to support enterprise growth across the AEC and infrastructure ecosystem in India. This is an individual contributor role focused on partnering with enterprise sales on strategic pursuits, shaping solution value for customers, and helping drive adoption of digital workflows and platforms at scale.

The role combines deep domain understanding in AEC, BIM, and digital construction with strong customer-facing consulting and commercial support skills. The successful candidate will work directly with sales teams, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling technical solutions, demonstrations, workshops, proposals, and proof points.

Strategic sales support
• Partner with enterprise sales teams on key pursuits, strategic accounts, and large opportunities.
• Support discovery conversations with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, Digital Heads, Design Heads, and project stakeholders to understand business priorities and digital transformation goals.




• Contribute to large enterprise sales cycles including RFPs, bids, proposals, business cases, and executive presentations.

Solutioning and value articulation
• Translate customer business challenges into solution concepts, technical recommendations, and ROI-oriented value propositions.
• Shape solution architecture and workflow positioning across design, collaboration, construction, and asset lifecycle use cases.
• Lead product demonstrations, proof of value discussions, workshops, and customer use case sessions tailored to account needs.
• Work closely with account teams to articulate how Nemetschek solutions address customer pain points, workflow gaps, and digital maturity goals.

Domain and technical consulting
• Bring strong understanding of AEC, BIM, digital delivery, and construction workflows into customer engagements.
• Hands-on experience on tools like Allplan, Archicad, Vectorworks, SDS/2 etc
